Material Procurement

Superintendent, Mark Payton is charging forward at the Headquarters Project this week. The rest of the Team is doing anything we can to get the Subs and materials here and get out of his way. In fact the biggest challenge facing the Project is simply trying to get all the parts in time for him to install them with the aluminum storefront windows being our biggest concern at this point.

The steel posts that will become the main conference room have been installed by Richwell Steel.

More Framing

Framing continues to bring two dimensional plans to life. Decking has arrived and is being hoisted in place. Ongoing MEP work also continues.

The Training Room is starting to take shape.

TI in full swing

The TI phase of the Project is starting to pick up some momentum. The Framer, Cypress Point, is starting to build many of the offices and walls, so the the floor plan is starting to come to life. Always an exciting point in any project. Site work also continues to proceed.

CIP Concrete Slab on Grade is poured back in. Ken is making sure it cures properly.

Framing and Underground MEP

Framing continues on the mezzanine.






















Many utility trenches have been cut into the slab to accommodate the new plumbing and electrical.






















The slab has been removed at the new Lobby restrooms and electrical systems are being installed underground.





























Underground electrical is being installed in the new training room.

Roofing, Sewer, and more Site Demo

The Roof is being patched and dried in by Stone Roofing






















More Site demo is being completed. Here the old loading dock is being removed.
