Nearing Completion of Underground

Doug Electric has almost completed the electrical underground work.












































HVAC branch lines are being installed by Sheldon Mechanical at the new Kitchen/Breakroom.























Con-quest is pouring more curb and gutter at the main entrance.

Many utility trenches have been cut into the slab to accommodate the new plumbing and electrical.






















The slab has been removed at the new Lobby restrooms and electrical systems are being installed underground.

Now that the wet weather has passed, work on the roof is progressing. In addition, some of the TI interior work has started including the HVAC and metal stud framing.

Brace Frames & Light Monitor

The enormous new structural brace frames have arrived and work has begun to start installing them. In addition, the demolition of the roof to create the new light monitor has also begun.

Structural Upgrades Continue

Work is still progressing with the Shell & Core work. Structural work is being put up almost as fast as the concrete panels are being torn down to create the new openings.
