As we head into the dog days of Summer the count down is on for the completion of the new
Bernards Headquarters. The exterior envelope is nearly complete and the finish work is advancing inside. In addition, the site is getting some attention and we have had some new Subcontractors stopping by. We received shipment the new emergency generator and we are now trying to obtain a permit from
AQMD to operate the generator. Roll the photo's.
Richwell Steel installing the picket fence at the new patio outside the
breakroom.
Hale Glass installing the glazing at the main entry.
Bledsoe Masonry has installed all the burnished block including the beginnings of the reception desk.
Rucker Tile is setting all the bathroom tile.
